I've installed SAF6 (not the unloacked version as i don't have the link for that) and i'm still getting exactly the same problem.

But in graphstudio it now shows lav as the splitter.

It's a brand new amp that should support pretty much everything.

I've tested it with a blu ray player and it bitstream fine from there.

It's connected using a HDMI cable and as i've said if you click on the timeline in mpc-hc the amp says it's receiving dts hd/dolby true hd.

    If you check the Windows 7 audio configuration for your HDMI audio output, does it show TrueHD and DTS-HD as supported formats?

    Make sure you have the correct drivers
    Uninstall all codecs and install the SAFcodecs
    Configure FFDShow as above and set it as the codec in MP config

    I had DTS-MA working in MPCHC via FFDShow but couldn't get it working in MP until I started from scratch with the SAF installer :)
