Hi,

When comparing the HDTV tuner that is inbuilt to my display to my Hauppauge HVR-2200, I find that the Hauppauge appears like SD rather than HD. In particular, the channel 10 HD demo channel here in Australia I was looking at and it looks like someone has smeared it all.

Is there some configuration options I've missed? I've tried a couple of different codecs - tried the cyberlink h.264 codec in addition to my CoreAVC codec but that made no difference. I also changed the MPEG2 codecs from MPV to the PowerDVD codec to see if that changed anything but no luck again.

Any ideas?

:D S

Sorry to drag up an old thread but another reason my screen was a bit blurry I believe was due to my windows refresh rate being set to 60Hz and not 59Hz.
