Is this issue a codec problem (I use ffdshow), a driver problem (I've installed latest drivers, all XP update and dvbfix) or hardware incompatibility ? I'll try other HDTV players (dvbdream, digitalwatch & watchhdtv) this evening but if anyone who can see hdtv with MediaPortal can give me some tricks to do it I'll thanks him (her). I've forgoten to mention that I have sound but no image when trying to watch HDTV Well, it seems that ffdshow can't decode H.264 TV streams (it decodes perfectly mkv files) which codec should I use ? I've tried recording, with ts recording format and rename .ts in .mpg I can play videos with external player. If I select mpg recording format nothing is recorded (zero file size). So, it's a mediaportal bug In my opinion. I attach log files in DEBUG level for a manual recording of about 2mn.
