It can be downloaded from <a href="http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM20808.zip" target="_blank">here</a> (direct download link) or via <a href="http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm" target="_blank">this page</a>.
