HELP! Imon ultra bay USB VFD can not work. (1 Viewer)

[Hi all!

I just installed a Imon Ultra Bay in my computer the remote work perfectly drived by the Imon Manager.
I had enabled and configed the minidisplay plug-in in MP.
The type is "Soundgraph imon USB VFD/LCD PLUG-IN V28-01-2008", port is "USB" and Display type is "VFD" in the Advanced settings.
As I start MP,the VFD will be black and be power off as soon as
activate the Minidisplay plug-in during MP start procssing.
Detailed as following:
1.Actived Minidisplay plug-in during MP start;
2.Imon Manager shut-down;
3.Imon manager start-up auto and set VFD "Never";
4.Ultra bay vfd diaplay is black and power off;
Is there no support for Ultra bay?
Can you help me? check my log files,please.

Change the display type to Auto...is there auto? Anyway, the ultra bay is a LCD and not VFD and that is what I suspect to be the problem. I have the LCD and it is LCD 1 (I think there are 3 options for LCD).

In the setup, when you press Test...what does it do?

If you are still having issues, when I get home I can post my settings.

it is true that ultra bay is a LCD. I t may be the source of the problem!!

here are my settings and with these all works well...

I have noticed that if MP crashes, imon display will shut down. it is actually still on if you look real close but because the backlight is off, you really cant see anything. All you do is go to imon manager and set front view to run always. Then the MP plugin will work again.

I would enable the equalizer because it looks great on the LCD...but there is a bug with it. When you stop a DVD or Video, MP crashes...however at this time I dont know if it has been fixed or not with any SVN or update to the plugin.

Everthing is work well after ultra bay is be configured as the display type be changed to Auto.

I have another question. I want to let the Ultra bay can diplay CPU load and CPU fan speed on the LCD.
I think it may be edit the XML file via "Configuration Editor" .Would you have some option about it?
