I understand that, but starting a new thread like you've done is not going to get you help unless you follow our support forum rules. The rules are there so that we don't waste time having to ask everyone for the information that we need. What I'm trying to say is that we want to help, and if we could tell what was wrong from your description of the problem then it would already be solved by now. This is why we require certain information when you start a support thread - logs and system specifications (either fill out the template or fill in the information in your profile and make it visible). You didn't provide either of those in the other thread.I started a new thread to locate my video path. When I select videos on the main screen it takes me to my music, not my videos, the path says music shares, not video shares.
If you did a quick search of the forum you'd see -->this<-- thread from roughly two weeks ago. Try replacing your MediaPortal configuration file (in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal - that is a hidden folder, so paste the path into the address bar of Windows explorer or enable viewing of hidden and system files and folders) with the attached one.
