Help: Mediaportal deploy tool error on Directx 9c -June 2010 (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to install Media Portal 1.2.2.0 on my windows xp machine to work with my Hauppauge tv tuner and I get this error:
Media Portal Deploy tool Error
Failed to install application Directx9c - June 2010

Does anyone know what this means and how to get the install finished. thanks

For any one with this same problem here is how to fix it.
I installed the directx by itself then ran the program again and it installed fine. If you try to run the .exe file after unziping the directx folder and it ask for a admin password just restart you pc and try again.
