The reference rendering device was selected, but your computer only has a reduced-functionality reference device installed. Please check if your graphics card and drivers meet the minimum system requirements. A software device that implements the entire Direct3D feature set, but runs very slowly"</p><p>Then the problem is as follows. I can at times get some TV signal but can only view TV in the small windows, if I change to a full screen it turns black... no tv image.</p><p>I have read about this or similar problems in the forum and checked that my graphics card hardware acceleration is turned on... I have installed all the drivers I could find for the card one by one but have had no change to this problem...</p></blockquote><p></p>
