In one of your previous posts you sent a link about which codecs to run
If you want everything to be correctly integrated with windows itself, then the only one I know that will do that is the "Vista codec pack", by shark007 (google), also gives you the choice of hardware acceleration\dxva for supported video types, makes sure you uninstall all codecs using add\remove programs, then run filmerit (link in signature) and hopefully you should have no errors, padlock needs to unlocked
Once installed, use ffdshow for all audio codecs, Bazzz is right, you need to select your outputs as spdif in ffdshow audio config\output, think there are 3 settings need enabling.
