HELP PLEASE!!! WebMediaPortal not working on Windows 8 setup (1 Viewer)

Really need some help please. Running MediaPortal 1.7.1, I've installed the most recent versions of MPExtend and WebMediaPortal (0.5.4) but am unable to connect online. Followed steps in order as per setup instructions, I've run through all the troubleshooting guides and just can't seem to get it to work.

IIS 8 running as comes with Windows 8
Have setup MPextend as an application in IIS
Confirmed that .NET 4.5 is running and have full framework, it seems
Ports open in the firewall
When I go to http://localhost:8080 I get a "Could not connect" error.

Logs attached and appreciate any help I receive. Would be soooo good to get this working, have been at it for days now and no luck :'(

Hello I have all of the above & installed llsexpress. On my android using Chrome when I visit localhost8080 I get the message this web page is not available. I think what I need is an absolute idiots guide to setting up webmediaportal with mediaportal extended. I have ampdroid on my device but it says plugin not available on server. Any help please?
