Help - screen fonts wrong (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

Totally new to this but thought i'd install this and try it out but i've got a bit of a problem.

When i start the programme up the fonts on screen are distorted, the date is correct but everything else is distorted to the point of not being able to read anything - it looks alien!

If i manage to enter "basic" mode then all the text is correct.

Can anyone help, its driving me bonkers.

? Basic Mode -> Basic Home Screen?

Maybe you could add the information from the support teamplate & maybe a screenshot? At least Versions & Skin used & Logs?

Ok here goes, I've filled in the main sections.

As far as the font thing goes, i've just tried starting it again and the text on the right (my video etc) is correct but the text on the left is totally messed up.
