Hi Jay,

Bacup??? You could test nuclear weapons there and nobody would notice. I understand they still point to the sky when aircraft fly overhead.

It has worked... seems to have recovered all films bar "Damned United" which is showing as 0kb in size. I'm quite pleased. I just need to get the WAF back to where it was.

Just trying to replicate the previous file paths so I don't have to go through the import screen on Moving Pictures plugin. Currently copying all files back over to the WD disk.

I have checked this with a number of 'drive health diagnostics', including the WD one and they come up with the same result that the drive is fine. I'm not going to chance it though (call me cynical), so I'll replace it next week and use this WD as a backup drive instead.

This has certainly been a long process, now over 24 hours and I don't want to do it again.

Off for some pie and chips now!
