Help w/ USB-UIRT & MCE remote on Vista x64 (1 Viewer)

Installed Test Build 1.4.2 RC1 on Vista x64. Using USB-UIRT & MCE remote

1) After the install it says that the Installation didn't install properly

2) I run IRSS Debug and no IR signals show but the USB-UIRT flashes.

help is appreciated
