HELP, whay cant MP function okey? (1 Viewer)

Whats the problem with MediaPortal ?? I have tried to get i work on a Windows 7 total fresh install 3 times. I use it with a Digital Everywhere FireDTV card. The problem wa first that the TV hung after 15-20 seconds and mediaportal.exe started to eat all the memory on the computer. After a new install then the shit dont work at all, its saying that the channel is scrambled. Yes, i use a CAM and a card. The strange thing is that it has always worked 100% with FireDTV Viewer, i can watch TV for hours with the FireDTV Viewer, but i want to use something better that that. I have also tried Windows Media Center and that works very well, but HD isnt support on Windows MCE so i formated the pc and treid Mediaportal again but same shit happens all the time. Why is it so hard to make something work okey? I have used the MP for 3-4 years and i did have å hope that with newer versions everything shouldwork okey, but the shit is only more complex and more stupid errors happens. Does anybody have the latest MP work okey with Digital Everywhere FireDTV/S2 ?? Is there som good alternative to MP that will work okey? I only want it to function, thats all or is that to much to ask for?

Ok, first of all, try to keep a civil tone please. Even if you're frustrated because it doesn't work as you expected, being aggresive wont get you any further. Second please use some paragraphs when writing such long texts.

Regarding your problems: I use a FireDTV/S2. If you have problems with scrambled channels you can try to start the "Common Interface" tool. Start Menu -> FireDTV -> Tools -> Common Interface.
