Help with ATI 650 (2 Viewers)

I've been trying for weeks now to get media portal to recognize my ATI 650 PCI-E.When I open configuration it and try to add a card it says none are installed. SageTV works perfectly with the card digital and analog for OTA HD but I want to use 1 program for everything. Anyone have any advice? I have tried several versions of the latest drivers for the card in xp vista and windows 7. I have the latest version of Media portal and all drivers for my system.

Followed the instructions and still same thing. The driver installed but same error in configuration of media portal
