Help with ClearArt Skinning (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to add ClearArt support for the Titan skin, edit the TVSeries.views.xml file, put the image there showing the path (<texture>..\..\..\Thumbs\ClearArt\Series\#TVSeries.Series.ID.png</texture>) , some time working, but now no longer (that is #TVSeries.Series.ID), no returns serial numbers that I have done wrong? How to fix?
