Have been trying to get Hauppage HVR-1100 working but only succeeding with Digital side. Have reinstalled TV Server a number of times and now running with the SVN 18566 build but no joy. TV working fine for Digital on both Hauppauge and Videomate card but not analogue on either. Having read the various web links to both cards decided to concentrate on Hauppauge first. Read the following useful link by Noise at https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/tips-tricks-52/hauppauge-hvr-1110-philips-step-forward-28371/ and followed all steps but still not getting the analogue portion to work. If I try the WinTV application it picks up fine! On reading the TV logs I found and entry which said: 2008-04-09 09:59:43.515625 [14]: analog: AddAudioCompressor name:Audio [42/1] Direction:Output Connected:False 2008-04-09 09:59:43.531250 [14]: analog: AddAudioCompressor found:9 compressor 2008-04-09 09:59:43.531250 [14]: analog: failed to add audio compressor. you must install a supported audio encoder! 2008-04-09 09:59:43.531250 [14]: analog:Dispose() I'm sure its this audio encoder thats causing the problem but run out of places to check! Grateful for any help / advise in getting this issue resolved.
