Help with Manual Installation (1 Viewer)

Can someone please help me understand how to install a plugin manually? I downloaded MediaSlayer from the link below and don't know how to install it. Is there somewhere I need to manually copy and paste the files too? So that I can then initiate the install from the MP Extension Installer software?

Hi,
just rename the .mpi file to .mpe1 and execute it (as written in the comments )

Hey Zoldberg,
It seems you know Media Slayer, just curious if you would know if I can use DVD Shrink with it? Or what options I have? I see Imgburn, but clearly I am doing something wrong. Any guidance I very much appreciate.
