Switching channels in DVBViewer never takes more than 2 seconds, switching the same channels in MediaPortal never takes less than 5 seconds. I've kind of given up on finding a solution to this to be honest. The timeshift folder is on a RAMDisk and is excluded from the virus scanner (MS Security Essentials) as well as the TvService.exe. System drive is a fast SSD. The whole system is fast as hell except for channel switching and for a 3-4 sec delay when starting up MePo when it comes to "Loading Display Plugins". Waiting for MePo v2.0 to fix that ;-)</p></blockquote><p></p>
