When I am running Mediaportal, the HID remote I am using works fine when MP is selected as the active window, however, when MP is no longer the active window, none of the remote controls as picked up by MP.
I have tried selecting the option under Remote, and General HID for "Support input even if MP is in background", but that still seems to make no difference.
Is there any fix for this?
