Following an issue reported by @ravenrocks there I worked on consolidation of our input device event propagation loop and put in some HID update and and clean-up too.

@Testers and @Developers can you give it a quick try?
Just install the provided build and test that your remote is still working as it should.

I use Argus TV and when I install this version the client plugin cant match the version number, so I can't start MP. I had to revert to 1.13final.

I think to make it work like official install that the build need to be done with public switch instead of private

Yep for special testing because it will act like an official 1.13 and no info about the branch tested if i'm not wrong
