Hide USB Stick (1 Viewer)

Hi.

Is there any way to hide the drive letter of an usb stick from being displayed automatically as Music/Video/Picture source?

Why is this beeing displayed automatically even if it is not listed in the folder configuration section of the related plugin?

because is identified as USB key, and it's normal to see USB, for read Music/video/Photo imported by an friend for example ...

There is no way e.g. to hide a specific drive letter?
Here I have an usb stick permanently connected for Windows readyBoots which shows up in every dialog.

Hi azzuro.

I know that setting already cause we also use it for terminalserver lockdown.
The problem is that this setting only prevents the USB drive from showing up in explorer.
Not sure which enumeration method MP uses for fetching available drives however it is not
influenced by that setting.

Anyway thanks a lot for the hint.
