Hi,

After i changed my PC's config a bit I noticed that the CPU fan runs at far higher revs when MP is sitting idle in the recorded TB screen.. CPU cools down quickly if I escape to the main screen..

Since the screen is static, I'm surprised that MP is doing work.. Anybody knows why that happens?

    Hi Brijn,

I have a similar situation, but in Home screen. I've found out that in my case it is because of the ATI drivers (have X1250 integrated gfx card). Seems as you also have ATI gfx.

The cure... I've tested different version of ATI drivers but with no obvious improvements. Just have to live with it, or use another gfx card.

    /Peter

    CPU?

    Hi,

It looks like purly the CPU.. I just had the AMD process monitor open. In the home screen (not basic) cores are running at 1100 Mhz, 1.1V.. Whenever I go into MyTV, both cores jump up to 2200Mhz and 1.35V

Very strange, in my case I don't see how it could be related to the GPU
