is this amount of mem usage normal ?
i've started to notice that MP just sitting idle is using a high amount of memory.
and it seems to climb (possible a memory leak)?

i've seen this on 2 systems with the same SVN build (with MP running in fullscreen mode)

I would say yes, mines showing 2% on cpu and 215k on memory (watching not recording).

That is on a STABLE setup using O.2.2.0. which i am very happy with.
