Finally I managed to get my Home Cinema Finished today (25APR09)

Other Details:
Screen: Limitview (2.04m x 1.15m, WideScreen)
Audio: Harman/Kardon (AVR350) 7.1 surround (Active subwoofer, 2 HDMI in, 1 HDMI out)
Beamer: Sanyo Z2000 (LCD, Full HD, connected via HDMI)
Cabinet: Designed and Build by myself (With hidden space for Cable overlenght's)
Network: 1Gb (HTPC Conected to 4Tb NAS, build with FreeNAS)
Console: Xbox 360 Elite (Via HDMI)
DVD: Harman/Kardon DVD 29 (Via Component S-Video, Audio via Optical)
HTPC: Silverstone LC04 black (Via HDMI)
Cables: Worked away in Floor or Ceiling.
Network: 1GB Switch for HTPC and XBOX 360 (Hardwired for Streaming)

Remark:
I only use 5.1 suround (due to Limitation of the ATI videocard I use, to transport all signals via HDMI)
But it sounds great.

Future:
HD TV Tuner
Mediaportal V1.0.2 installation on HTPC (Installed)
Programming of Central Remote for all components (Included with Harman/Kardon AVR350)
Home server or NAS set. (Installed a synology DS409 with 2Tb storage)(added 750Gb hd of my old WD Mybook)

Update 12SEP10:
Upgraded software
OS: from XP SP 3 to Windows 7 Ultimate
MediaSoftware: Switched from Mediaportal to XBMC

Also Finished my AV setup in the livingroom (for when I am not watching movie's).
There I am using the XBOX classic as my MediaCenter

Awesome! I cant wait to build mine once I have a house! I however have the added complexity of having everything "hidden" so the GF is happy. So thinking of having the screen hidden in the ceiling or something!

I had only one demand to my GF when decorating the house: The AV system wil not be placed in a closed cabinet.
Anyway I choose for designer Wall system from Vogel's, which looks great, so that was no problem, and it saves space, compared to a closed cabinet.

All other demands of the GF I accepted

Pioneer rules,
When I bought this TV, it was the only good one within my budget.
I have to redo the sounds system, because the Pioneer setup is out off date

Will be the next project...

Last week I added a X-Box 360 Elite (with HDMI) to the system.
On this this system Gaming is real great (Like you are inside a movie)

And still enough space for my cables. ;-)

Next step HD TV!

Very nice! Im really interested in the cabinet you designed and made as im looking at doing the same for my system since im having trouble finding one that has the right type of storage/shelf setup for my components.

Is it completely custom? if so, what is it made of, and how did you finish it? i like that slightly glossy sheen it has.
