Hi,
The cabinet is completely custom made.
The used material is 30mm MDF.
I made drawings and a sawing plan of it and let the sawing be done by a carpenter store.
They also did the rounding of the top blade/top shelf (milling cutter)
The top blade/top shelf is mounted blind with wooden pen hole connection (this way the top can be removed in an easy way)
on the back a soft board plate (3mm) is mouted with nails.
The cabinet is painted with a normal roller.
First layer of paint on the MDF is a special mdf basic coating, then 2 layers of other paint
The used paint collor is "Havana White" (this is how it is called in the netherlands, it's a white with slight yellow taint)
The paint type is side brilliance.
