Horizontal BasicHome does not remember last item selected (1 Viewer)

Awesome work guys!
But I do have 2 questions: I'm using the horizontal home menu. Is it correct that
1. When going back from moving pictures, tvseries or anything else to the home menu the default item is selected instead of the one I come from. (e.g. if coming from tvseries back, tvseries should be selected)
2. When pressing up on the main menu (e.g. to shutdown the pc) the horizontal menu moves one item to the right, but shows the same item which was selected before.

1. Yes, because of the way the horizontal menu works the return to last selected items causes some issues with the menu not being redrawn correctly. If you want to see if you can live with it, add

<rememberLastFocusedControl>yes</rememberLastFocusedControl>

just above the <controls> tag at the top of BasicHome.xml

2. Again this is a result of the way it is coded and not yet found a way to get round it, you will find that only happens if you had been pressing left arrow/remote button but will not happen if going the other way.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but do you think it'd be possible to fix this any time soon? I would really love to have this feature :/
