How can I make my skin jump to a Group defined in OnlineVideos ? (1 Viewer)

Say for example I set-up a group in OnlineVideos and call it "On Demand TV" and add, BBC iPlayer, 4oD, Demand 5 to it. I would then like a main menu option in my skin (Avalon / Mustayaluca) called "On Demand TV" which would take me directly to the "On Demand TV" group I have defined in OnlineVideos.

How can I do this? Im assuming a parameter to specify a group to go to needs to be passed to OnlineVideos, but im not too sure how to go about doing this.
