how can I run a extern program (1 Viewer)

I have just one question.
is it possible to run a extern program from the menu of MP?

You need a plugin like "myprograms" "myemulators" or "mpgames" to do that. Check if it's suitable for your version of MP though, I think the myprograms plugin is.

I have install now "myprograms" and it show in the menu and I have add some program it going to run but when I pick "My program" it show blue blank screen and something little write on it but I can't see what it is.

The "little writing" is probably telling you which .xml file you haven't copied/missing. Try to make out which one

Hi frenzy, did you finaly make it works with blue3 skin ? I don't :(
But I succed when using "Black & White 1080 v1.2" skin and making the plugin member of the "MyPlugins" group. I don't know yet if it could works with other skins.
My 2 cents...

After installing the My Programs plugin (GUIPrograms.mpi) copy the myprograms.xml from the '\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\BlueTwo wide' folder to chosen skin folder.

    +1 Multishortcut is very easy to setup, no editing of .xml files needed!!
