Hello everyone, So I am trying to create a centralized Database so that when my wife watches something through Moving pictures or MP-TV series, the watched status will change regardless which computer she watches it on. And when I add new movies to the computer that acts as a server, the new movies and TV shows will appear on all of the computers. Central Database - MediaPortal Wiki Since it says that I could really screw things up that I should make a backup of my database. How do I do this? Is it just simply going to where the SQL files are and making a copy to store some where else? Is restoring just the reverse process? Thanks Steve BTW the word Centralised in the web address isn't spelled correctly (the s should be a z). Maybe this is a different type of spelling? Not that for a web address it is really important, but it does look incorrect.
