You can create a custom category for that, with the following rules (and main setting set to 'Any')

 

Title -- "Ends With" -- " I"

Title -- "Contains" -- "I: "

Title -- "Contains" -- "V: "

Title -- "Contains" -- "X: "

 

This will catch all the IMDb+ series.
