How do I disable 'BIG_STEP_FORWARD/BACK'?? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'd like to stop the up and down arrows from doing the big forward and backward skips during video playback. I tried deleting them in the MP Config tool but they still seem to be working, was wondering if they are hard-coded into the skin?

are you sure there arn't multiple instances within MP Config->Keys setup?
