Hi,

This was a problem for me too, i didn't know if it supported my B&O system. It claimed that it should but you never know. I was lucky that i could deliver remote back to shop if it didn't, & guess what... It didn't support all functions so i had to rip rest of the remote codes & send it to them, but after a week i had support for all(TV, Video, DVD, Radio, light etc & of course MP  ).

So yes a bit frustrating that your not able to confirm it to work before using money on it......
