how to add specials??? (1 Viewer)

I have a few specials in my Stargate SG-1 DIR

And jsut realized they are listed from the DB

But i am lost as to how to store them.

I have

Stargate SG-1/Specials/Stargate SG-1 0x8 Continuum

Stargate SG-1/Specials/Stargate SG-1 0x7 The Ark of Truth

and the program finds the file but will not tag them

I have tried without the name, etc. and it just wont add them

Have the same films, just listed them under Movies, which is what they where released as.

Know it does not answer your question for TVSeries plugin, but it was a choice, as imdb finds them fine.

I was hoping to add lower Q versions in with the specials

I also have the sci-fi specials etc.

Always worth going to the source (thetvdb.com). They have the 2 films as Season 11 (as does tv.com, where thetvdb gets most of their info).

So your naming should be something like:

Stargate SG-1/Season 11/Stargate SG-1 11x1 The Ark of Truth

Stargate SG-1/Season 11/Stargate SG-1 11x2 Continuum

That is simply not true. Specials are always Season 0, and the same thing is with Stargate.

If you ever find specials listed as Season 11 you should report it as an error on their site.

Well, it is true - and that's because it's been pulled from TV.com as season 11. It may not fit with their usual numbering scheme, but it's there. Like I said, check the site and see how they're listing them.

Did you click the link I posted? I don't know where you are seeing Season 11. The link points to Season 0 (Specials). If you click on the Series overview you can see that there is no Season 11 for Stargate SG-1.

Well, that's just bloody typical, isn't it? I checked thetvdb.com last night before posting, and season 11 was there! I have had "The Ark of Truth" set to 11x01 since I got it because of that, and it correctly identified the episode and downloaded the info. So, sometime between my first post, and your first post, someone corrected it.

My point still stands, though - always check thetvdb.com and see how they have it listed.
