Hello community,
since I put MP on my secondary TV-Display behind me, I need to change the audio axis of the audio too (I have a 5.1 System). So that the front left audio is provided by the rear right box and so on...

I was already successfully with AC3 files by using the codec "AC3-Filter" and its audio-mixer. Unfortunately it does not work for Videos with MPEG/MP3-audio. I already configured AC3-Filter as Standard audio codec in the MP-setup Movies-> Movie Player -> audio renderer. And I als configured AC3-Filter to decode PCM/Mpeg audio in its preferences. This works for example with BSPlayer. But not in the internal player. :(
Can someone confirm a working AC3-Filter during MP-internal playback of an video with MPEG/MP3 audio?
I would be grateful for any advice.

edit: it seems, that the Mediaportalplayer ignores the AC3Filter, because there is no Icon during playback. But only with non AC3-audio.

it not that easy, because then audio would be wrong, when I work/play on PC :)

but i started to play around with fddfilter. I try to let fddfilter (which has also such a mixer) decode every mediaportal-content,and AC3-Filter the normal "sit-on-PC" content.
Since both have a speaker mixer, I can configure different profiles for the different programs. I have just to assign the correct filter to the accordant program.

I am not finished yet, but I have a good feeling.
