How to configure keyboard shortcuts (1 Viewer)

Sorry for possibly dumb question, but how do I configure shortcuts keys? I have found nothing in documentation and here in forums only an advice "just open config and define keys". But when I open the config, I can't define the keys in General/Keyboard shortucts - there is just a list of shortcuts but no way ho to define them - no buttons, no context menu options, nothing... I guess that I am missing something very basic, but I can't get what it is. Could someone help me, please? Thanks.

The section is called "General/Keys & Sound", just below the one you have found already...
