how to connect vfd display? (1 Viewer)

maybe this is a stupid question

i would like to install a vfd display on my htpc and found this one from samsung on ebay.

what do i need to connect this to my mainboard? i own an asus M4A785TD-M EVO.

afaik it is possible, but you need arduino for this to control...
