How to disable action menu (shutdown, settings, video wallpaper, etc.) (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: latest
MediaPortal Skin: StreamedMP latest version, using Classic view
Windows Version: Windows 7

Looked everywhere in MP Configuration, but can't figure out how to disable the menu that's available from the classic main menu using the right arrow. This menu has the following options: Shutdown, Settings, Video Wallpaper, Basic Home, Close

I'm trying to configure MP so users can't get to the desktop, start menu, etc. without the use of the keyboard.

This may have been posted already, please point me in the right direction. UPDATE: Found this post which indicates this feature is available in StreamedMP, but doesn't tell how to disable (and I don't want to change my shell)...
