Hello Team,

Did anyone on the forum succeed in using TV server to capture any of these channels on 28.5E:
History HD, één HD, Discovery HD, National Geographic HD, Brava HD (broadcasted by TV-Vlaanderen)

If yes: please explain the steps to achieve results.

Best regards,
Berns

Background information:
While scanning for channels on 23.5E I don't have signal on frequencies 12109 or 11856, the ones that TV-Vlaanderen broadcasts HD on.
I've managed to capture
- MTVN HD on 11778 on 19E (using Aston Module 2.2 cam and TV-Vlaanderen CIM)
- BBC HD on 28.2E (free to air)
- ITV HD on 28.5E (free to air, using the famous 10510 mediaportal solution on the TV server)
- All expected non-HD channels (and many more)

The above means that I'm able to:
- Receive HD channels with my hardware (Floppy-DTV S2 and technisat multytenne)
- Decode TV-Vlaanderen HD channels ((using Aston Module 2.2 cam and TV-Vlaanderen CIM)
- Scan both 19E and 28.5E satellites, capturing HD channels
- Also capture HD on 28.2E (nice positive side effect)

Reception technology:
technisat multytenne - floppy-DTV S2 (with aston cam and tv-vlaandern cim) - old PC doing the job quite well with mediaportal TV server - wired network - Client.

Installation is v1.0.0.0

    <Modulation>ModQpsk</Modulation>
    <Pilot>Off</Pilot>
    <Rolloff>ThirtyFive</Rolloff>

To get it to scan it.

Hi cfforce. Thank you for sending the file.
Where should I drop that file?

For those who want to use HD reception from TV Vlaanderen or CanalDigitaal, I can inform you all that server version 1.1 detects the HD channels far better.
I will do deeper user testing, but after that refresh (that also included channel scanning on all 4 satellites) I'm glad to look at Eén HD, Ketnet/Canvas HD and VTM HD.
