How to force RC6 reinstall (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to reinstall RC6on my system, I keep getting a message that RC6 installed and only have the option to do a fresh install.

{I broke my syatem some how.}

Did you uninstall both client and server?
In there you have the choice for 3 levels of uninstalling of which the bottom one should remove everything.
