Btw I read that thread and I agree that you need to encode, multiplex, and demux then decode again, I got it working that way with graphedit (though I got no sound). I'm almost sure the AverTV app use the same graph.

But I would be even interested in having the analog part working without PVR, just TV display so no needs to encode and decode.

Sorry we want cards to record to a specific format, timeshift and in the future stream.
Software cards just don't allow for this easily so send me the info requested & i can probably get it working for you.
Otherwise you may as well go elsewhere.

Well, bought another TV card (Compro DVB 300T) and tried it with MP and exactly the same results on 3 computers as with my Avermedia Cardbus Hybrid - "No TV signal detected" was the error given when accessing analog channels. A good effort by the MP team but I have given up!
