How to go back to the current playing media? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

if I watch a movie or watching TV and go back to home menu, then a small preview is shown at the top. How can I select this with keyboard or remote control to go back to the current playing media? It is only possible to click on the preview button with a mouse.
