MP 1.0.2 with SAF 4.0 latest beta.

No matter what I do, when I start a movie MP launcges directvobsub and completely ignores the settings I have set in the configuration utility.

Obvioulsy the simple fix is to disable them completely, but I don't want to do that.

So, to clarify I set directvobsub to hide subtitles by default. The options stick and work perfectly fine with MPC-HC. Mediaportal on the otherhand completely ignores this and when I check it while it's playingthe option to hide subtitles is unchecked. Checking it makes them go away until I stop and restart the movie and then I have to do the same thing again.

When I check the graph while it's playing it's connecting to something called 0003, not directvobsub for subtitles. What's going on here?

IIRC this issue is fixed in 1.1.0Beta but to be 100% sure go with current public svn weekly build and all should be fine.

I'd love to, but I'm waiting for your next SVN as the current one doesn't work at all for me... We've been through this before you and I. :) Remember my thread about wanting to try 1.0.2 with win7? Because 1.1 was such a hassle for me, I actually went back to XP and am waiting for you guys to fix this tuning issue.

I attached new logs, but I guess you didn't see them. Unfortuneatley, I have no way of getting you any new ones due to reverting back to mp 1.0.2 and XP.

So in the meantime, while I wait I have no choice other than just permanently disabling subtitles or having to manually turn them off every time?

Replied in the other thread, with a good news :p

Not using subtitles myself, but I think you have only those two workarrounds with 1.0.2 :sorry:
