The video editor plugin's configuration asks for the path to mencoder binaries.
I found and downloaded what appear to be the correct archives, libdvdnav-4.1.3.tar.bz2 & libdvdread-4.1.3.tar.bz2, but can't unpack them.
I found the apparently correct bzip2 archive software here but repeated download attempts of the installer give me EXE files of differing lengths which produce the error "The setup files are corrupted..." when I try to execute them.
If I try to download just the binaries I just wait forever. Any tips on where to get the mencoder software, or the needed software to unpack it?
