Moving Pictures currently can pull backdrops from the movie folder or from the backdrop folder itself. Your naming convention though is pretty intricate so I think you will have a hard time using artwork named like that. The easiest solution is to name the image backdrop.jpg (or whatever extension) and place it in the movie folder. The various filename pattern fields accept wild cards like %title% or %filename% so you might want to look into that, but I think this will be very challenging for you.
