When i'm watching a video in fullscreen, pressing the A key changes the active audio stream if it's present in the avi file, but how can i remap this function to my gamepad? i'm assignin the event Key Pressed with the code 30 to my gamepad but it doesn't work... any ideas?

Thanks mPod, but it doesn't work, pressing the A key in my keyboard while playing video in fullscreen does it. How can i map the A key to the gamepad button using Action > Key Pressed? which values must i use for both key values?

I've also tried using the action > Audio Next Language, Next Language and Key pressed with value 0,30... neither of this worked :(

It works with all other remotes, so have a look at the mapping for e.g. MCE remotes/green button.

And now you stop thinking about mapping the "A" key to the gamepad, okay? ;-) You won't succeed anyway. You HAVE to use action mapping.

The function for Action > Key pressed does not work properly? I was thinking that this way i could have any key assigned to my gamepad...

I've checked the configuration of green button in MCE remote, and i've assigned in the same way to my gamepad, but it just doesn't work... Is Next audio function for DVD movies or it also works with AVI files?? Why the A key in my keyboard works fine? I've installed Matroska splitter, and i'm using the latest SVN available for my tests...

Thanks for your patience mPod,

Well, i know now what is the problem, if i use 'No condition' (like the MCE remote configuration does) and i assign the function 'Next audio' it works fine BUT when using Condition > Window > Fullscreen video IT DOES NOT WORK... is this a bug? I've also noticed that with certain types of videos returning from fullscreen to MP interface causes a black screen... i can hear the audio feedback, but there is no image and i must reset media portal... this issue also happens with all games that i launch from MP and only with latest SVNs, using stable version it works fine with my games...

No. Fullscreen video is not the same as fullscreen TV. Different IDs. ;)
If you'd choose "Window: TVfullscreen" as condition, it would work. "No Condition" also suits, of course. This way it also works in DVD, Movies, wherever that action is supported. It just has to be the very last condition in a button's list, otherwise the lower conditions never get evaluated, of course (Top-Down-Processing).

Yes, the order is the key. I've moved the fullscreen video condition to top and now it works fine. I think that there could be a good idea to change the source code to always check the 'No condition' in last place, this way it could be more easy...
