How to organize TV series and movies (1 Viewer)

I'm just wodnering what people think is the best way to organize TV series and movies. At this point I have all my movies in one directory and then a subdirectory for each TV series with all the episodes in there (no more subdirectories).

The problem I have is when I use either the builtin in Videos plugin or MovingPictures it often cannot find the info for the TV series. Should these be in a separate directory?

I use different dirs for my series and my movies (read dvd vob files) eg. E:/movies and F:/series
Series go in to sub dir for each serie + sub dir for each season
Movies go into sub dir for each movie

For the series I use MP-TV series which is great, for movies I took as many others moving pictures, that is despite the name a wonderful addition.

Thanks Jura, I've taken your advice and moved things into separate folders.
