how to play alternate ending in MP (1 Viewer)

I have some x264 movies (mkv container) that have alternate endings. I can watch alternate endings in MPC-HC fine (just click in Haali Splitter), but within Media Portal I can't. Could someone tell me how to do it.

I using FFDSHOW as video codec, AC3 Filter as Audio codec and I don't configure anything in Post processing
