How to reinstall TV-Server Client Plugin? (1 Viewer)

I've done a reinstall of the MediaPortal client (after a uninstall), and tried a few times, but am unable to reinstall the TV-Server Client Plugin.

During the installation it thinks it is already installed.
My MediaPortal install then ends up using the old built-in tv server.

Any ideas?

Just need to get the system sort-of working again for a few weeks while I await 1.1! Any ideas on how to get the installer to reinstall the TV-Client plugin? After a MediaPortal uninstall it still seems to think its installed.

2nd Idea - does the MP 1.1 SVN version work with a 1.0.2 TV Server? (I'm guessing no)

Nevermind - after sleeping on it and rethinking my issue I seem to have sorted it!

It's not the answer you hope for, but when I had something similar (in my case MySQL issues during install of 1.1.0 beta), I removed all programs. Rebooted. Deleted all relevant directories (Program Files/Team MP and ProgramData/Team MP). Reboot. Then had to go as far as search-and-destroy in the registry.

Thanks - I managed to get the system back up and working and it will hopefully keep me going until 1.1!

And a lesson I learnt the hard way - make sure your backups work - mine didnt! My daily images of the PC turned out to not work when I needed them!
