How to report broken sites (1 Viewer)

Hi, in case you have a site that is not working (anymore), you can report it to the site creator from within MePo this way: https://code.google.com/p/mp-onlinevideos2/wiki/SiteManager#Broken_Sites

I didn't know about this feature and also didn't find any information about it so I also added it to the documentation.

Maybe it's not a bad idea to make a sticky...
